Co-founder and President of KASTELLUM Group, Stone shares responsibilities with CEO Paul Kennett for the company's strategic planning, business development, operations, personnel, profit & loss, and critical client and partner relationships.  He also directly supported KASTELLUM's first contracts working as a Special Programs Planner and the Senior Cyber Plans & Policy Advisor at U.S. Central Command, where he is a Founder of the Joint Cyber Center. 

Stone is a retired U.S. Navy Information Warfare / Signals Intelligence / Cyberspace Operations Officer (Commander), and former Kforce Government Solutions (KGS) Vice President for Intelligence & Security Solutions (ISS) Operations.  He commanded Navy Information Operations Command - Texas (NIOC-TX), providing SIGINT, cyber, language and regional expertise to NSA-TEXAS, U.S. Southern Command, JIATF-SOUTH, and the Fleet.  He earlier commanded the Naval Information Warfare Activity’s (NIWA) Special Program Detachment 2 and Training Program.  He served on the U.S 6TH Fleet Staff supporting the initial stages of Operations ENDURING and IRAQI FREEDOM, and continued those fights as NSA’s Military Chief at U.S. Central Command and Multi National Force - Iraq, where he was also the Director of Signals Intelligence.  Stone concluded his naval service as a founding member and Director of Operations Plans at U.S. Fleet Cyber Command/10TH Fleet.  At KGS, he oversaw programs in Afghanistan, U.S. Central Command, and the Defense Cyber Crimes Center, and helped build the ISS division from a start-up to a multi-million dollar enterprise. 

Stone earned his BA in Political Science and History from Colorado State University, and his MA in National Security & Strategic Studies from the Naval War College. He is also a graduate of the Navy’s Command Leadership Course and the Naval Intelligence Business Executive Course.
